Bequia is the largest island in the Grenadines chain. It is part of the nation of St Vincent and the Grenadines and is approximately 6 miles from the nation’s capital, Kingston.

The main anchorage of Admiralty bay is a great hideaway from the Atlantic swell and offers 2 idyllic beaches the longer being Lower Bay and the smaller being Princess Margaret Bay. We are currently anchored off Lower Bay and as I look ashore it encompasses the Caribbean dream – turquoise waters, fine sand, local children playing cricket and football on the beach and the distant sound of a steel band. It’s a true paradise.
